  • Tessa Gan

    Session Clerk, Family Discipleship

    Tessa is married to Chee Yong and has a son Josiah and a daughter Abigail. She’s thankful to have a supportive family that allows her to share her time between work, church and home.

    She’s currently involved in teaching at Sunday school and is overjoyed to see children eager to learn and grow.

    Tessa prays that the children will learn what it means to trust God in their lives.

  • Eng Mui Hong

    Human Resource

    KPC has become Mui Hong’s home church for the past 40 years. The church has seen her through many stages of her life and career. Currently, she works in the area of Human Resources.

    Mui Hong’s husband, Teck Ann and her son, Keith both serve in the worship ministry. She loves watching father and son serving together.

    Teck Ann has been a strong pillar of support in all her ministries. He enables her to devote time to serve as an elder and support the youth / young adult ministries, human resource committee, as well as the Sharing Community team (an integration sub-committee).

    They enjoy hiking and the occasional camping. Whether outdoors or at home, they count it a blessing to be able to host family and friends over a home-cooked meal and simple conversations.

  • Tay Guan How

    Treasurer

    Tay Guan How previously served as a deacon and treasurer from 2004 to 2006. Currently, he serves in the Finance Committee and is a member of Contact Group CG11. He also served in the Youth Ministry as a mentor with JUMP 17 from 2014 to 2021.

    Outside of church, he is involved with men’s Bible Study since 2004. He is currently working in the IT industry where he tries to be salt and light in the marketplace. Married to Esther, they have 2 sons, Daryl and Trevor. His hobbies are reading and running.

  • Osbert Chew

    DG Ministry

    (Faith Essentials Class)

    Osbert came to know Christ during his time in the Boys Brigade. He is married to Sect Chin, and they have three boys (Nicholas, Raphael & Ethan), two daughters-in-law (Hazel & Li Chen) and a grandson (Joash).

    Osbert was a deacon in KPC, served in SLBS, participated in CBSI and also served in Bible Study Fellowship. During his work in Israel, he served in an international church and also in a Chinese community. He is currently working in the cyber technology industry and serves as a mentor/facilitator in a university campus ministry

  • Joshua Lee

    Christian Education

    Joshua works in the public service, and he is married to Lyndis. They have 2 teenage daughters, Kate (16) and Beth (13).  Whenever he can, Joshua loves to go for a run in the early morning.

    Joshua served in the HPC leadership as a Deacon from 2007 to 2013, and as Elder from 2015 to 2021. He was a part of the HPC-KPC Exploring Togetherness Task Force, currently serves in the worship ministry as a pianist, and helps out in the preschoolers' Sunday School class occasionally.

  • Justin Hui

    Christian Education

    Justin worked for the government, writing and editing for a youth website. He left the civil service after 8 years and is now doing a year-long Graduate Certificate in Biblical Studies with BGST.

     Justin married his uni course-mate Constance, and they have two boys, Caleb and Joseph, who are in preschool.

    Growing up in church, Justin was previously involved with the Youth and Worship ministries as a small group leader and worship leader respectively. He is finishing his second term as a deacon this year, having served his previous term until 2015, when he left for missions work in India. The sociology major worked for half a year in Hyderabad with a Christian NGO providing education to outcaste and untouchable children.

      The 35 year old is currently part of the preaching team and one of the CG leaders for the young parents group. He is also a member of the newly-formed Christian Education committee.

  • Tan Yeow Huat

    Chinese Service

    Born in 1952, Yeow Huat is married to Chew Guat and has 3 adult children - Si En, Ying En and Yong En.

    Coming from a cult background, he knows how members often interpret the Bible wrongly. God uses him to help such people get out of cults, if they are willing.

    His ministry experience includes Bible study, visitation and preaching
